NATIONAL ONLINE PREMIERE - APRIL 18 - 28, 2013

ABOUT THE FILM

Age of Champions is the award-winning documentary following five competitors who sprint, leap, and swim for gold at the National Senior Olympics. You’ll meet a 100 year-old tennis champion, 86 year-old pole vaulter, and rough-and-tumble basketball grandmothers as they discover the resilience of the human spirit and triumph over the limitations of age.

Age of Champions premiered at the prestigious Silverdocs Film Festival, was hailed by the Washington Post as “infectiously inspiring,” and has shown at more than 800 venues around the world. In June 2013, the film will broadcast nationwide on PBS.

NATIONAL ONLINE PREMIERE

From April 18 to April 28, we’re launching the Age of Champions national online premiere at www.ageofchampions.org. Viewers will be able to watch the entire film for free, see interviews with the filmmakers, and learn about our partner organizations. The goal of the online premiere is to inspire baby boomers, seniors, and their families to lead a healthy and active lifestyle.
